1. Never use defective machinery: Management, floor supervisors and managers have the responsibility to ensure that the machinery is in proper working order. 2. Properly follow lockout and tagout procedures: Proper lockout tagout programs can reduce the chances of electrical accidents during maintenance or repair work.
